Safe Place Training
Payment is required in advance and when the booking is made.
If payment is to be made by your employing organisation, please provide a purchase order or authority with the booking, then we will invoice your organisation for your attendance at the training course.
An administration fee may be charged for overdue invoices.
If payment is not received within 3 months, then any certification due will be cancelled and will not be issued.
1. Notification Requirements
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training course, you must notify Safe Place Training by email at info@safeplacetraining.com.
2. Transfers (Rescheduling)
You may transfer your booking to another available course date at no charge, provided the new course date is within three (3) months of the original booking date.
This applies regardless of when you notify us, including late notice, notification after the course has commenced, or where the participant is a no-show.
Transfer requests made beyond the three (3) month window will incur a cancellation fee, after which you may rebook into a future course.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
To request a refund, email info@safeplacetraining.com. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation email is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date.
Safe Place Training may refuse a refund or apply a cancellation fee in any of the following circumstances:

To book training courses with us, we require information from you {such as name, phone, Email, and postal address) in order to provide the best service possible.

Information may be collected by Safe Place Training from you or your company via the telephone, Email, mail, directly through our website, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts.
Safe Place Training requires certain information such as name, phone and email from you to meet requirements to enter each training course and for billing purposes.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Credit card details collected are passed through to the authorised payment gateway. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

After booking and paying by credit card online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Confirmation and other details about the training course will be emailed (if you provide and email address) within 24 hours.

Safe Place Training uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@safeplacetraining.com.
Safe Place Training may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
